- Order number
- What you’re returning
- Reason for return
- If you would like an exchange or credit note
- If exchange, what item you’d like to have sent back
All exchanges receive Complimentary Shipping when being sent back to you. Exchange requests are subject to item/s availability.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from the initial shipment date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns period. Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note all sale purchases are final, and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please note, this excludes fair wear and tear. Faulty items will be determined by the FAVR team and on a case to case basis.
